I'm a wife and step-mom living in Buckeye, Arizona (until the military sends us somewhere new!). I  am a full-time teacher, avid reader, and constant energy-drink drinker.

I have always been the mom friend yelling "WAIT, GET TOGETHER AND SMILE" at any event, so when I picked up my first camera, the people around me weren't very surprised. I originally started taking pictures of my kids playing sports and realized just how much I loved it. My sweet friends let me shove a camera in their face for my first official family session, and ever since then, I was hooked.

I love the posed moments, but I love the beautiful chaos of the unposed ones just as much. The sideline energy. The big smiles looking at mama. The senior who is about to step into something new. The laughs, the movement, the in-between moments, and the stories that unfold naturally.

Thank you to everyone who has allowed me to capture your story, and thank you to everyone who will allow me to capture theirs. I get to do this because of you!
